Our History

JLL and PSG Holdings have joined together to create a new and exciting offering in the Australian facilities management industry, Evolve FM. This partnership has been forged based on a shared vision of creating a commercial framework that will enable the delivery of social initiatives to be delivered that positively change the lives of both Indigenous and non- Indigenous men and women.

Our Vision

Evolve FM’s vision is to ‘Create Equity through Opportunity‘; challenging the market to think differently about the way it services its places, unlocking value for our clients across their portfolios.

We aim to partner with and foster Indigenous enterprise, hiring and supporting Indigenous Australians and businesses and encouraging growth, development and engagement in the FM sector, and more broadly, across the community.

Natalie Walker

Non Executive Chair

Natalie Walker is a Kuku Yalanji woman from the Daintree Rainforest in Far North Queensland. Based in Sydney, she is founder and managing director of Inside Policy and the Chair of the Cape York Girl Academy. Natalie is an experienced executive with an entrepreneurial instinct. She has worked in a range of environments – public, corporate, not for profit and small to medium size enterprise in management, executive and non-executive roles. She played a key role in the formation of Supply Nation, a national entity designed to assist large companies connect with small to medium size Indigenous Australian owned businesses.

Troy Rugless


Troy Rugless founded PSG Holdings in partnership with Shane Jacobs in 2011 and currently resides as PSG Holdings CEO, Director, Business Development Manager, Company Cultural Leader and Indigenous Business Mentor. Troy’s Indigenous heritage is from the Wiradjuri people who were the first inhabitants of central western NSW. Troy ensures that PSG Holdings thrives based on a culture of respect, humility, ingenuity and hard work and that these values pervade all aspects of the business.

Chris Hunt


Chris Hunt has more than 30 years’ experience in Facilities Management and worked in the UK, SE Asia, Australia and India. In 2004 Chris was appointed by the Australian Department of Industry to participate in the Facility Management Action Agenda. His role with the Strategic Industry Leaders Group led to him being recognised as an industry leader and he is Chairman of the Education and Training Working Group. Chris was Chairman of the Facility Management Association of Australia from 2012-2015 and is a current member of the Board of Directors.

Adrienne Revai


Adrienne Revai is currently Chief Operating Officer of JLL Australia, with responsibility across all national operations. Adrienne is also statutory director and public officer for all of JLL’s legal entities in Australia.  Adrienne has a distinguished history of working with leadership teams to enable them to effectively set and implement national strategies, including the broader business support functions of Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Administration, Legal and Compliance and Finance functions.

Shane Hamilton


Shane Hamilton is a respected leader with executive experience across corrective services, housing and professional services sectors in government and corporate enterprises.

Shane came to the role after almost two years with PwC’s Indigenous Consulting Services, where he was the NSW/ACT Director, managing teams in both states, a role that required him to leverage the strong relationships he built and fostered in his previous roles.

Prior to that, Shane made a significant contribution to the Aboriginal Housing Office in NSW, leading the business through an organisational transformation, and re-establishing the AHO as a place of innovation and commitment through its supporting Aboriginal communities and businesses, and promoting choice and equal access to housing for Aboriginal families.

Shane is experienced in the development of working partnerships between the corporate sector and NFP or Government entities and was instrumental in establishing Community Housing Limited in Western Australia.

Shane is a Wakka Wakka and Bundjalung man from Queensland. Appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in April 2020. Shane’s appointment as CEO of Evolve FM was a pivotal moment for Australian and Indigenous business. His appointment results in Evolve FM being Australia’s only company under the whole of Australian Government property services arrangement, and only facilities management company in Australia, to be majority Indigenous owned and led by an Indigenous chair and CEO.

Amy Castro


Amy Castro has over 18 years’ experience delivering corporate property services in both private and public sectors. Previously holding the role of Account Director JLL, Government Business, she has earned an enviable reputation with clients. Amy’s leadership qualities and her proven abilities to drive innovation through effective teams has enabled her to develop strong and collaborative partnerships in the property industry.

Her dedication to the promotion of diversity and inclusion is evident in the contribution she has made for several years as a member of the Property Council of Australia ACT Diversity Committee. Amy is also a member of Facilities Management Association of Australia.

Sarah Clausen

Executive Manager, People and Culture

Sarah Clausen commenced with Evolve FM in 2018, bringing significant expertise built over 20 years’ in senior people and culture roles.

Sarah has worked for various industries all over Australia including the defence, government, mining, engineering and services sectors.

Prior to joining Evolve FM, Sarah worked in senior organisational development and management roles for Local Government in Adelaide, supporting Indigenous Engagement, Employment and Development Programs and championing diversity.

Sarah also spent a large part of her career with ASC Pty Ltd in Adelaide, Australia’s largest specialised defence shipbuilding organisation, making a significant contribution to the people and culture capability and managing the recruitment, retention and development of over 2000 skilled shipbuilding employees.

Early in her career, Sarah served for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in both the permanent and reserve forces, specialising in personnel management and recruitment.

Sarah is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
