Creating Equity through Opportunity

About Evolve FM

About Evolve FM

Our History

JLL and PSG Holdings joined together in 2015 to create a new and exciting offering in the Australian facilities management industry, Evolve FM. This partnership has been forged based on a shared vision of creating a commercial framework that will enable the delivery of social initiatives to be delivered that positively change the lives of both Indigenous and non- Indigenous people.

Our Vision

Evolve FM’s vision is to ‘Create Equity through Opportunity‘; challenging the market to think differently about the way it services its places, unlocking value for our clients across their portfolios.

We aim to partner with and foster Indigenous enterprise, hiring and supporting Indigenous Australians and businesses and encouraging growth, development and engagement in the FM sector, and more broadly, across the community.

What makes us different?

Evolve FM is committed to providing our services in a way that not only maximises value for money but also provides wider economic benefits for the Australian Community.

“The emergence of Evolve FM as a significant player in the property and facilities management outsourcing market is testament to the growing maturity of the Indigenous business sector. They have demonstrated that it is possible to successfully take on mainstream competitors whilst also achieving high levels of both Indigenous employment and use of Indigenous business partners. They are an example for other Indigenous business to follow.”

Supporting Indigenous business and communities

With Evolve FM, every dollar spent with Indigenous business creates $4.41 of economic and social value in the Indigenous community. While many organisations point to their policies in this area, Evolve FM points to their experience: over 25% of our directly employed staff are Indigenous, and over 40% of our current contracted spend i.e. trades used to deliver services on sites, is with Indigenous owned businesses, and this is likely to increase as current procurement strategies are rolled out on our existing contracts

Indigenous heritage

Evolve FM is part of PSG Holdings – a 100% Indigenous-owned construction and services company, and one of Australia’s leading Indigenous businesses, with over 160 staff and around 20% Indigenous employment. Founders and coowners, cousins

Troy Rugless and Shane Jacobs – proud Australians with Wiradjuri, Torres Strait Islander and European heritage – formed PSGH to lead the way for Indigenous businesses and give something back to their people.
