Employee Profile – Natalia MacDonaald - Lease Administrator
I grew up on a farm near the small town of Hillston in the Carathool Shire in NSW (Wiradjuri Country) which borders both the Riverina and Far west regions of New South Wales. I did all my schooling from Kindergarten to year 12 in Hillston. Following completion of my secondary school, I studied Archaeology at the Australian National University and in 2015 I completed my Bachelor degree.
It became apparent to me that opportunities in the Archaeology field were very limited and I would need to seek employment in other areas. Whilst doing the degree I gained valuable personal traits of understanding of tasks at hand and the need to time manage those tasks. After university I worked in retail and spent a number of successful years in the window furnishings sector. In 2019 I joined Evolve FM where I have learnt a great deal about Property Management and leasing within the Leasing Team. After carrying out the myriad of the diverse tasks our team completes on a regular basis, I have decided to continue to pursue a career in the Property industry and enhance my knowledge and skills.
In 2020 I was selected to partake in the 500 Women in Property Program and hope to increase my knowledge and understanding of the property industry and enhance my network within the industry in order to more clearly define the direction of my property career.
