Reactive Services

School Infrastructure is inviting local businesses to deliver reactive maintenance services across the Sydney Region school communities.

Tenders are now open for the following services:

  1. Lifts

  2. Disability Equipment

  3. Roof and Gutter Cleaners

  4. Motor Driven and Automatic Doors

  5. Solar Technicians

Instructions to submit a valid Tender

All tenderers must first be registered as a supplier on buy.nsw

Reactive Works Local Contractor Agreement.

This agreement is for your information only and is not to be completed or returned as part of your tender. Ensure you have read and understood the supporting contract documents.

If your tender is successful, you will receive the Local Contractor Agreement for execution.

Tender Submission

NOTE: Tender must be completed in one session, you cannot save and return to the form. Please allow 60 mins for completion.

Please fill the Electronic Tender Form with your tender information. All below sections needs to be completed:

  • Company Details (ABN, Company Name, Trading Name, ABN Address, Business Address)

  • PO Box Details (PO Box, PO Box City, PO Box State, PO Box Postal Code)

  • Contact Details (Mobile/Telephone, Email, Contact Person Name)

  • Non-Price Criteria

  • Pricing Schedule

    • Select the Service Type

    • Include the hourly rate for:

      • Tradesperson (Normal hours / Outside of Normal Hours),

      • Apprentice & Trainee (Normal hours / Outside of Normal Hours)

    • Include Mark-up for:

      • Materials

      • Equipment hire

    • Include Travel Rates ($ per km OR $ per hr, if travelling from outside 50 km radius from your ABN registered address
